VIVA Palm exceeds building codes worldwide including a Florida Product Approval (FL-21047-R1) and carries a Class A fire rating. Whether installing on a new commercial project or retrofitting a
traditionally framed tiki hut, VIVA Palm’s easy to install system gives decades of maintenance-free performance without the risks that come with natural thatch.
VIVA Palm is 100% recyclable. This is also a Zero Waste product, whereby every piece can be cut and used in the installation process. Even after many years, VIVA Palm can be taken down and reused on other projects. The lifespan allows the product to be used multiple times over many years, reducing the need for reproduction.
